Shopping Policy: Single Items vs. Multiple Products
We understand that you may want to buy multiple products from us at once. However, we encourage you to buy single items instead, as this will help you save on shipping costs.
We use fully automated warehouses to process our orders. The more complicated the order, the more complicated and time-consuming it is to assemble. This can increase the cost of assembling and shipping.
We also use multiple warehouses around Europe. If you order multiple items, it may be the case that your order needs to be shipped from multiple warehouses. This will also increase the cost of shipping.
How to Save Money on Shipping
To save money on shipping, we recommend that you order single items instead of multiple items. We have also created multiple different sets and combinations of the most ordered product combinations. These sets and combinations are already pre-assembled, so they will ship from a single warehouse and will be less expensive to ship.

At TABASCO, we understand the importance of receiving your food items in a timely and safe manner. That's why we have a dedicated shipping department that works to ensure that your products are delivered in the best condition.
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands as well as from Amazon warehouses.
We process orders from our own warehouse Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days. We will work with you to either resend the product or issue a refund.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Also, the UK, Ireland and some remote areas may require additional transit time.
