We want you to love your TABASCO® products!
But, in the rare case that you’re not satisfied*, please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at order@sure-shot.eu. Please include your order number.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (such as food items) that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed due to health or hygiene reasons.
Since our products are perishable food items, these exceptions apply. This means we cannot accept returns once products have been shipped, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at order@sure-shot.eu.
- Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
- If your claim is approved, we will offer you a refund or replacement.
3. Shelf-Life Guarantee
- Standard products: 6 months minimum guaranteed shelf-life at delivery.
- Limited editions: 3 months minimum guaranteed shelf-life.
Opened or tampered products are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we approve your request (or once returned items, if applicable, are received).
- Shipping costs are refundable only if the issue is our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- Gift wrapping and other optional services are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
- For perishable food items, returns are not generally possible.
- If we specifically request a return, we will provide instructions.
- In cases where you are responsible for return shipping, we will clearly inform you in advance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- Products were misused, stored incorrectly, or damaged after delivery.
- Errors occurred due to customer input (e.g., spelling mistakes in personalization, incorrect address).
