Shipping Policy TABASCO
At TABASCO, we understand the importance of receiving your food items in a timely and safe manner. That's why we have a dedicated shipping department that works to ensure that your products are delivered in the best condition.
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands as well as from Amazon warehouses.
For larger orders we offer free shipping:
- Germany > 50 Euro
- Belgium > 50 Euro
- Netherlands > 50 Euro
- France >70 Euro
- Italy >85 Euro
- Spain >100 Euro
For smaller orders, like single items (for example: 1 scorpion sauce 60ml bottle) we work with Amazon to reduce shipping costs. You will find very low shipping rates when ordering 1 single product.
We process orders from our own warehouse Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
We offer standard, express and overnight shipping options for all orders. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the chosen option and the destination.
In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days. We will work with you to either resend the product or issue a refund.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Also, the UK, Ireland and some remote areas may require additional transit time.
