Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 medium lime
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon TABASCO® Green Sauce
70g / 0.15lb fresh arugula or baby spinach
3 slices rustic sourdough bread
1/3 cup dill or mint leaves chopped
30g / 0.06 lb toasted sunflower seeds or chopped nuts (optional)
30g / 0.06 lb fresh pomegranate arils (optional)
15g / 0.03 lb beet sprouts (optional)
Directions
In a bowl or mortar, mash the avocados. Add lime juice to taste, salt, oliveoil, and TABASCO® Green Sauce.
In a separate bowl, dress arugula or baby spinach with olive oil and salt totaste.
Toast the bread on the grill or in a toaster.
Top with a layer of guacamole and arugula or baby spinach.
Garnish with dill or mint leaves, toasted sunflower seeds, pomegranate arilsand beet sprouts.
